The products can't be returned once they have been delivered to the customer. However, if a customer doesn't wish to keep the product at the time of delivery then they may have a look at the product for 15-20 minutes. If unsatisfied, they can return it back to the delivery person then and there only. This type of return will be accepted and a refund will be given. Please do ensure that once the delivery person has left customer's premise, no returns will be accepted.
